Introduction

Below you will find our Terms and Conditions. These apply whenever you use PienPino's services or place an order through our Website. These Terms and Conditions contain important information for you as a buyer. We therefore recommend that you read them carefully.

Sample Sale Return Policy

All purchases made during the Sample Sale are final.

Returns, exchanges and refunds of Sample Sale items are not possible.

Sample Sale items may have minor imperfections. This is one of the reasons why they are offered at significantly reduced prices.

By making a purchase during the Sample Sale or through the Sample Sale page, you agree to these conditions.

1. Applicability of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries made by PienPino, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

If the Customer includes provisions or conditions in an order, confirmation or acceptance that differ from, or are not included in, these Terms and Conditions, such provisions shall only be binding on PienPino if and to the extent that PienPino has expressly accepted them in writing.

If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions, those conditions shall also apply. However, in the event of conflicting provisions, the Customer may always rely on the applicable provision that is most favourable to them.

2. Definitions

PienPino Online Store: The online store established in Almelo, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under registration number 95510729, trading under the name PienPino BV.

Website: The PienPino website, accessible at www.pienpino.nl, including all associated subdomains.

Customer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and who enters into an agreement with the PienPino online store and/or has registered on the Website.

Agreement: Any arrangement or agreement between the PienPino online store and the Customer, of which these Terms and Conditions form an integral part.

3. Prices and Information

All prices stated on the Website and in other communications issued by PienPino include VAT. Prices may change if additional government-imposed taxes or charges are introduced.

Shipping costs are charged separately.

The content of the Website has been compiled with the greatest possible care. However, PienPino cannot guarantee that all information on the Website or in other communications issued by PienPino is accurate. All information is therefore subject to programming and typographical errors.

All offers made by PienPino are non-binding and may be changed at any time.

We are not bound by offers containing printing, typesetting or programming errors on the Website, in newsletters or in other communications.

PienPino reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.

PienPino reserves the right to change prices and correct any errors in pricing.

We guarantee that the products supplied comply with the Agreement and meet reasonable standards of quality and usability.

If a product defect is reported within the required period, we will repair or replace the product as quickly as possible.

PienPino shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of PienPino products or services.

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the relevant products or services.

We shall not be obliged to fulfil any obligation towards the Customer if prevented from doing so by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, illness, strikes, transport problems, operational disruptions, fire, flooding and other serious disruptions affecting PienPino or its suppliers.

4. Delivery

Products are shipped using GLS.

Most orders are delivered within 1 to 2 working days. In exceptional circumstances, such as particularly busy periods or delays caused by the carrier, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

For orders outside the Netherlands, most shipments are also dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. The final delivery time depends on processing and delivery by GLS.

PienPino makes every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or other external circumstances.

5. Ordering from Abroad

We understand that our Website may not always fully meet the needs of all our customers, particularly those living outside the Netherlands. We therefore offer a simple alternative for placing orders from abroad.

If you are unable to place an order through our Website because you live abroad, please contact us at klantenservice@pienpino.nl.

Please include the following information in your email:

The items you would like to order.
Your first name and surname.
Your full address, including postcode and city.
Your email address and telephone number.

We will then create an order for you and send the invoice by email.

Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on your location. We will discuss these costs with you and obtain your agreement before dispatching your order.
