Shipping Policy PienPino:

• Please note: "Ordered before 3:00 PM, shipped today" does not apply to pre-orders. The expected delivery time is listed on the product page.
• Payments must be made using the payment methods indicated during the ordering process and on the website.
• PienPino reserves the right to choose and change payment methods.
• For payment after delivery, the customer has a payment term of 7 days from the day after delivery.
• If the customer does not pay on time, after a reminder and an additional 14-day period, PienPino may charge statutory interest and collection costs.
• Payment must be made at the time of ordering.
• Products remain the property of PienPino until all payment obligations have been fulfilled.
• As long as ownership has not been transferred, the customer may not sell, pledge, or otherwise encumber the products in any way.
• All intellectual property rights to products and services belong to PienPino.
• Customers may not use these intellectual property rights without prior written permission from PienPino.
