At PienPino, you have 14 days to return your order.

Once you've registered your return and we've received it, we'll process it as quickly as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days, or, if you prefer, we'll exchange the item.

It's important to us that you're happy with your order. If an item isn't quite what you expected, we're happy to help you with the return process.
